Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact projects that integrate technology and sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers and data analysts, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will be critical in aligning project goals with our strategic objectives and ensuring seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and monitor timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
  • Prepare and present project documentation and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally in the tech & renewable energy sector.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
