About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Jack Morton Worldwide. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
    • Manage client expectations and communicate project status, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Creative Management
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.
    • Ensure that all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
    • Manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Success Measures
    • Deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
