your daily tasks
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in the German market, focusing on key industry verticals and emerging opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and positioning our solutions to drive their success.
- Partnership Management: Establish and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce), industry associations, and other relevant entities to enhance our market positioning.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Germany, providing insights that shape our business strategy and product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our global teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing the sales process.

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships in Germany.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the technology and consulting landscape, with experience working with or selling solutions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives, with a focus on long-term growth.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the German market, including key industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
