DEINE AUFGABEN
WAS ERWARTET DICH?

 Entwicklungseingaben absichern
 Du wendest den Stage-Gate-Prozess an, um die Entwicklungseingaben aus der Qualitätsvorausplanung abzusichern und die Vorgaben für die Schnittstelle zum Supplier Quality Management bereitzustellen. Projektleitung- und Moderation
 Du leitest und moderierst in den Projekten die Produkt- und Prozess-FMEAs, zudem verantwortest du die (Weiter)entwicklung des Fehlerkatalogs und wendest diesen in den FMEAs mit dem Ziel der Reduzierung von Qualitätsproblemen an. Entwicklungsüberwachung
 Du stellst die Entwicklung von Einkaufsspezifikationen, Produktionslenkungsplänen, Arbeits-, Prüf- und Qualifikationsanweisungen sicher. Standardisierung und Implementierung
 Du setzt die Standards zur Erstellung datenbasierter Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprotokolle (Produkt, Prozess, Equipment) und implementierst diese. Des Weiteren verantwortest du die Leitung, Freigabe und Optimierung von Messsystemanalysen und der Prüfgeräte für Attributprüfungen. 

DEIN PROFIL
WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

 Studium/Ausbildung
 Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fach vorweisen.

Erfahrung
 Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen und hast Erfahrung in der Moderation von FMEAs und der Anwendung von Qualitätswerkzeugen, sowie zusätzliche Arbeitserfahrung außerhalb des Qualitätswesens, als Entwicklungsingenieur für Produkte und Prozesse, Fertigungsingenieur oder ähnliches ist ein Plus.

Außerdem bist du sicher in der Umsetzung normativer Anforderungen nach ISO 9001 und 14000 und bringst Erfahrung im Auditieren von ISO 9001 und branchenspezifischen Standards mit. Du zählst idealerweise die Anwendung der Maschinen-, der Druckgeräte-, der Niederspannungs-Richtlinie sowie funktionale Sicherheit für den Anlagenbau zu deinem Know-How-Profil

 Du hast eine starke persönliche Tendenz zu fachübergreifendem Denken und kannst dich gut im Team verständigen. 

Sprache
Mit deinen verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen kannst du von dir überzeugen.
