Wir suchen einen Business Development Manager, Real World Insights Pharma- und Healthcare-Industrie (m/w/d) . Ihre Kernaufgabe ist die Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Pharma- und Healthcare-Kunden.

Unser Real World Insights Team berät Pharma- und Healthcare-Kunden in den Bereichen Brand Management, Business Intelligence/Analytics, aber auch Market Access, Epidemiologie und Gesundheitsökonomie, indem wir auf Basis komplexer Auswertungen von medizinischen Daten die Lösung zu den unterschiedlichsten Fragestellungen unserer Kunden erarbeiten. In diesen Themenbereichen arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden an innovativen Lösungen, um neue Impulse im Markt zu setzen.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
Ihre Kernaufgabe ist die Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Pharma- und Healthcare-Kunden; darüber hinaus haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, bei der Neukundengewinnung mitzuwirken. Als zentraler Ansprechpartner beraten Sie Ihre Kunden in allen Fragestellungen rund um den Versorgungsalltag von Patienten und identifizieren den Kundenbedarf in diesem Bereich. Sie entwickeln kundengerechte Lösungen, auch im Sinne von Weiterentwicklung bestehender Beratungsansätze und -methoden in Verknüpfung mit weiteren IQVIA-Daten und Analyseansätzen. Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Kundenbetreuung sind Sie auch in die Studien-/Projektumsetzung involviert, indem Sie das Projektteam inhaltlich bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss begleiten und je nach Projekt eine Leitungsfunktion übernehmen. Neben der Angebotskonzeption und -kalkulation verantworten Sie den gesamten Vertriebsprozess sowie die Account-Planung für Ihren Kundenkreis, inklusive Budgetverantwortung, Opportunity Management und Follow-Up, ebenso wie begleitende interne Planungsreportings und Forecastings. Ihre tägliche Arbeit ermöglicht Ihnen interdisziplinäre Koordination und Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichsten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen.Das bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften. Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Pharma- / Healthcare-Umfeld und/oder im lösungsorientierten Vertrieb im Bereich Dienstleistung/Beratung. Erfahrung im Sales/Delivery-Bereich, in der Angebots- und Projektkonzeption sowie in der Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung. Starke Kundenorientierung und souveränes Auftreten sowie Freude am Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und -kontakt. Ausgeprägte Qualitäts-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung. Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative. Sehr gutes Businessverständnis, Datenaffinität und ausgeprägte, analytische Fähigkeiten. Ausgezeichnetes Präsentations- und Kommunikationsvermögen auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift.
