Business Unit Director (BUD)

As our Business Unit Director (BUD), you are a senior leader within our business, responsible for driving the strategic direction, operations, and performance of a specific business unit within the organisation.

This role is accountable for managing a team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of the business unit, through directional strategy and commercial business delivery

Your Impact:

Strategic Vision: Craft and execute plans in line with company objectives, informed by market trends.

Financial Stewardship: Set and track financial goals, ensuring budget adherence and profitability.

Team Dynamics: Inspire and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and growth.

Sales & Growth: Propel revenue through innovative sales strategies and client engagement.

Operational Efficiency: Optimise processes to enhance unit performance.

Market Insight: Lead with industry foresight, informed by research and competitor analysis.

Risk & Compliance: Safeguard the unit by identifying risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Open Communication: Keep leadership informed and maintain clear communication within the team

Your Background:

Proven senior-level expertise in project management and customer service Thorough understanding of FMCG industry and the role of outsourced services  Positive can do attitude, demonstrates a drive to get things done Exceptional organisational and team leadership abilities of outsourced sales teams Strong people management and coaching skills Commercial astute with the ability to manage budgets and P&L accounts Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative drive
