- Du bist oberste:r Berater:in beim Kunden und wichtigste:r Kauffrau/-mann* der Agentur: Du verantwortest sämtliche Etats & 360°-Projekte innerhalb Deines Client Teams und misst Dich am Erfolg deiner Projekte
- Aktives Akquirieren von Neukunden und Verantwortung für den Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts
- Du transferierst und übersetzt Kundenprobleme: „Was“ der Kunde will, steht an erster Stelle
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die Aufgaben des Kunden mit Hilfe der Skill Units in C3 profitable Projekte übersetzt werden
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung deines Kundenportfolios
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Projektmanager:innen und Account Director:innen

- Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (Agentur-, Digital-, Marketing-, Beratungs-, Medienumfeld)
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Führung und Leitung von 360°-Kundenprojekten mit starkem strategischem und konzeptionellem Schwerpunkt
- Gespür für digitale Kommunikations
- und Technologietrends: Du bist am Puls der Zeit, bspw. in Sachen Social Media, Marketing Intelligence & New Work
- Starker digitaler Fokus im Hinblick auf zeitgemäße Kommunikation
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Durch deine hohe Empathiefähigkeit erkennst Du Potenziale, Chancen und Grenzen
- Exzellente Präsentations
- und Kommunikations-Skills vor Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- Hands-On-Mentalität: Du bist Dir nicht zu schade, selbst anzupacken
