Your crew during this mission:
You will join a highly motivated and dynamic Avionics team within Volocopter GmbH.
Your mission during this flight:
- You will review and maintain the avionic system validation and verification plan
- Your tasks will include requirement management, requirement capture and formal validation
- You will define the means of compliance with requirements
- You will review and approve test procedures and test reports related to avionic system integration tests
- You will ensure proper verification of problem reports using the test rigs, aircraft, or other test means
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills
Required:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in aviation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or at least 5 years professional experience in system engineering
- You have 3+ years professional experience in the verification of complex embedded systems
- You have proficient knowledge of aviation standards such as ARP4761 and DO160
- You have experience on the system development lifecycle according to relevant guidelines (e.g. ARP4754A)
- You have experience in requirements management
Preferred:
- You have experience in performing certification testing for various certification organizations
- You are profcient with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS or Windchill RV&S)
- You have experience with model-based design validation and verification
- You are highly skilled and effective in technical writing and communicating with others
