Manager Omnichannel Transformation Program

In this role, you will play an essential part in implementing and driving the global omnichannel transformation program, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Head of the Omnichannel Transformation and staying in close collaboration with the Chief Client & Digital Officer.
How you will leave your mark:
Demonstrate excellent project management experience and skills in defining, coordinating and orchestrating global project work streams in HQ and markets to ensure the delivery of the defined roadmap in time and on budget Develop adequate project reporting and ensure regular reporting and tracking of the project for all levels Own, drive and prepare regular status meetings incl. Steering Committees with the stream leads and relevant stakeholders across the organization Budget planning and ownership to achieve the project objectives Work closely across Richemont teams, integration partners and respective vendors as well as with internal teams and external agency partners Collaborate with and facilitate to connect cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and prioritization of tasks, and manage project timelines with a focus on identifying at an early stage potential overlapping dependencies/topics/risks and be able to find solutions with the streams accordingly Management of RFPs to acquire new digital services & vendors Drive change management including training and support for internal and external users Being able to analyze data to develop a deep understanding of the luxury industry's unique challenges and opportunities in the context of omnichannel integration and bring those into the projectHow you will experience success with us:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent with a deep dive in e-commerce/omnichannel is a plus Experience in leading or driving omnichannel transformation programs combined with deep business knowledge and understanding A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in complex ecommerce or omnichannel project management, ideally in an agile environment, including risk mitigation and planning associated with operational and technical delivery Strong understanding of omnichannel operational flows and processes Proven experience in handling complex projects with multiple workstreams within short timelines by using tools associated with Task Management Proficient in project management tools and methodologies for managing, tracking, and documenting the project A strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market trends is a plus Excellent communication skills, client-centric mindset, data-driven, process-oriented and collaborativeHow we will inspire you:
