**Einfluss nehmen**
- Strategische Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung der lokalen Omnichannel Delivery - Plattform. Bestehend aus unterschiedlichen Komponenten (CRM, CDP, Audience Manager, Journey Builder etc.) in Abhängigkeit globaler System
- und Tool
- Strategie.
- Erarbeitung und Management der lokalen technischen Requirements mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern. Strategische Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit globalen Counterparts und Erstellung einer lokalen IT-Roadmap auf Basis der globalen Releases.
- Planung und Steuerung der strategisch orientierten IT Implementirerungs
- Projekte. Durchführung regelmäßiger Updates zur IT-Roadmap/ Releases und strategischen Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit IBEX internen Stakeholdern
- Management und Unterstützung besondere Projekte nach Abstimmung mit dem Line Manager.
**Stärken beweisen**
- Relevantes Fachstudium oder Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in Life Sciences.
- Mehrjährige IT-Projekt
- und Implementierungserfahrung mit strategischem Fokus, gerne im Konzernumfeld. Erfahrung in der Rolle „Product Owner“ von Vorteil.
- Profunde Kenntnisse im Umgang mit komplexen, vernetzten Systemlandschaften zur Umsetzung von Omnichannel Kampagnen (z.B. Veeva, Taelium, Adobe Experience Cloud).
- Strukturierter und „self-managed“ Arbeitsstil sowie Erfahrung in Diagnose und Lösung komplexer Probleme.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (2-3-mal pro Jahr).
