„Forschen für ein Leben ohne Krebs“ – das ist unsere Aufgabe am Deutschen Krebsforschungszentrum. Wir erforschen, wie Krebs entsteht, erfassen Krebsrisikofaktoren und suchen nach neuen Strategien, die verhindern, dass Menschen an Krebs erkranken. Wir entwickeln neue Methoden, mit denen Tumore präziser diagnostiziert und Krebspatient:innen erfolgreicher behandelt werden können. Jeder Beitrag zählt – ob in der Forschung, in der Administration oder der Infrastruktur. Das macht unsere tägliche Arbeit so bedeutungsvoll und spannend.

Im Rahmen des Trainee-Programms am DKFZ gestalten die Trainees aktiv ihre individuelle Ausrichtung und Entwicklung, vernetzen sich am DKFZ in Heidelberg oder auch bundesweit an Außenstandorten und profitieren von unserem maßgeschneiderten Begleitkonzept. Alle Trainees tragen durch ihren Einsatz aktiv zu unserer Mission „Forschen für ein Leben ohne Krebs“ bei.

Das zweijährige Trainee-Programm bietet die Chance, unterschiedliche administrative Abteilungen des DKFZ hands-on kennenzulernen und an einer Vielzahl spannender – auch abteilungsübergreifender – Projekte mitzuwirken. Von der Personalabteilung bis hin zum Innovations-Management erhalten die Trainees Einblick in unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche und erreichen entsprechend ihrer Stärken und Interessen konkrete Meilensteine. Im Fokus des Programms stehen administrative Prozesse und Projekte in einer Spitzenforschungseinrichtung.

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (aus Fachbereichen wie z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsrecht, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik)
  • Interesse am bzw. bereits erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, sich flexibel auf wechselnde Anforderungen und Tätigkeiten einzustellen
  • Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
