Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our global brand presence and acquiring new accounts in Germany. This role involves working closely with distributors to acquire new dealers, collaborating with customer sales representatives to close cold leads, and engaging with big box suppliers and competitors to service private brand or white box customers. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with growing distributor business, developing distributor-specific business plans, and implementing them. Networking with key stakeholders in the market to gather market intelligence is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Account Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with distributors to acquire new dealers.
    • Work with customer sales representatives to close cold leads.
  2. New White Box Customers:

    • Work closely with big box suppliers and competitors to service them under private brand or white box agreements.
  3. Distributor Business Growth:

    • Conduct market visits with distributors.
    • Develop and implement distributor-specific business plans.
  4. Market Intelligence & Networking:

    • Network with competitors (manufacturers, dealers, distributors), social media influencers, global distributors, and car dealerships to develop market intelligence.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Achieve sales targets.
  2. Ensure zero deviation from sales and corporate policies.
  3. Achieve targets for direct customer and dealer acquisitions.
  4. Achieve targets for new car dealership acquisitions.
  5. Implement sales-related actions from the marketing plan.


Requirements

Educational, Experience & Skill-Sets Requirements:

  1. Education:

    • Graduate degree.
  2. Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience (experience in the Window Film or Paint Protection Film industry is an added advantage).
  3. Skills:

    • Proficiency in computer applications.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German is an added advantage).
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to network with key market players and develop market intelligence to support the marketing manager in crafting effective sales strategies.
