Hopkins ist eine auf die Rechte von Privatpersonen spezialisierte, deutschlandweit tätige Kanzlei. Gegründet in 2019 durch Arend Liese, zuvor Rechtsanwalt bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, denkt Hopkins das Prinzip Kanzlei und Rechtsdurchsetzung täglich neu - mit großem Fokus auf moderne Technologie und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Bislang fokussiert sich Hopkins auf das Arbeitsrecht für Arbeitnehmer, Steuer-, Sozial- und Verwaltungsrecht sowie allgemeines Zivilrecht, Familien- und Migrationsrecht und plant die Expansion in weitere Rechtsgebiete.

Aufgaben
  • Du führst die Welt der Rechtsdienstleistung in das 21. Jahrhundert und bist Teil der Mission, juristische Prozesse zu digitalisieren und automatisieren
  • Du bist als Business Development Associate für die telefonische sowie schriftliche Akquise unserer potenziellen Mandanten verantwortlich
  • CRM - und Pipeline Management, Analyse und Recherche, sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen und die eigenständige Angebotserstellung gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
  • Du arbeitest mit uns an der stetigen Optimierung unserer Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen ein
Qualifikation
  • Du glänzt vor allem durch deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und hast bereits erste relevante Arbeitserfahrungen im Bereich Beratung oder Vertrieb gesammelt
  • Du weist ein gesundes Selbstbewusstsein und fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf
  • Dank deines starken Einfühlungsvermögens fällt es dir leicht, in allen Situationen empathisch zu überzeugen und auf die Bedürfnisse deines Gegenübers einzugehen
  • Du bist technologiebegeistert und weißt, wie du dir Software zu Eigen machen kannst, um deine Arbeit zu vereinfachen
  • Insbesondere inspiriert dich der Gedanke mit deiner Arbeit Arbeitnehmern, Privatpersonen und Verbrauchern zu ihren Rechten zu verhelfen und Zugang zu rechtlicher Beratung zu ermöglichen
  • Proaktivität, Eigenverantwortung und im Team erfolgreich zu sein, sind die Grundpfeiler deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise
