DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE


Wir suchen einen Service Associate/Specialist (f/m/d), der unser Team verstärkt und zu unserem Erfolg beiträgt. Als Teil des Teams von SAP Mailroom, Warehouse & Shipping sorgen Sie dafür, dass Materialien und Waren stets zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind. Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

 

  • Öffnen, Sortieren und Verteilen eingehender Pakete und Post
  • Kommissionierung nach Liefer- und Auftragsscheinen und Qualitätskontrolle der zu versendenden Waren
  • Fachgerechtes Verpacken von Paketen und Frankieren von Briefen 
  • Scannen und Archivieren von Dokumenten

 

DEIN PROFIL

      

  • Ausgebildete Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder Fachlagerist 
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Networking-Kompetenzen
  • Teamfähig mit der Bereitschaft, proaktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbständig zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Englischkentnisse sind von Vorteil    
  • Selbstmotiviert und ergebnisorientiert
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Office 365
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Gabelstaplerschein ist von Vorteil
  • +1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
