**What you'll do**

Als Teamassistent (w/m/d) sind Sie in erster Linie für die nahtlose administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung unseres Production Services Teams zuständig. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem internationalen, standortübergreifenden Team zusammen und schaffen einen Rahmen für mehr Effizienz und höhere Leistung. Ihr umfangreiches Aufgabengebiet umfasst u. a. folgende Punkte:

- Koordinierung und Verwaltung des Kalenders des verantwortlichen Executives, Planung von Terminen und Besprechungen und Sicherstellung, dass alle Verpflichtungen eingehalten werden.
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung der Kommunikation, einschließlich des Verfassens und Korrekturlesens von E-Mails im Namen des Managementteams.
- Vorbereitung und Formatierung von Berichten, Präsentationen und anderen Dokumenten nach Bedarf des Managementteams.
- Organisation von Reisearrangements, einschließlich der organisatorischen Vor
- und Nachbereitung, wie z. B. die Buchung von Reisekosten.
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von Besprechungen, einschließlich Terminplanung, Erstellung von Tagesordnungen und Protokollführung.
- Verwaltung gemeinsamer Laufwerke und Communities
- Zusätzliche Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern nach Bedarf, um sicherzustellen, dass die Unternehmensziele erreicht werden und der Betrieb effizient läuft.

**What you bring**

Als ambitionierte(r) Kandidat(in) für unser Team sollten Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch - sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
- Erfahrung als Assistent/in oder in einer ähnlichen organisatorischen Rolle
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen, sich an wechselnde Prioritäten anzupassen und mit unerwarteten Situationen souverän umzugehen.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Diskretion und Professionalität sowie die Fähigkeit, unabhängig und kooperativ zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Beherrschung der MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) und Talent zur Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen
- Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu ähnlichen Funktionen innerhalb von SAP aufzubauen.
