Unser Mandant spielt in Deutschland eine tragende Rolle im Bereich der Energiedistribution. Das Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Berlin setzt sich maßgeblich für die Sicherheit der Energieversorgung in Deutschland und Europa ein und fördert aktiv die Umstellung auf grüne Energien. 

Untergliedert in die Geschäftsbereiche Handel & Portfoliomanagement, Vertrieb, Transport und Energiespeicherung, beschäftigt unser Kunde etwa 1.500 Mitarbeiter und versorgt Industrieunternehmen sowie kommunale Energieversorger.

Für das ECM-Team suchen wir aktuell einen Business Analysten (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Doxis.

 

Aufgabengebiet
  • Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen den Geschäftsanforderungen und den technischen Lösungen
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Bewertung, Gestaltung und Unterstützung von Businessinitiativen
  • Anforderungsengineering & Entwicklung technischer Lösungen
  • Planung und Steuerung der Weiterentwicklung des ECM- Systems (Doxis) inkl. Priorisierung von Geschäftsanforderungen und Implementierungsplanung
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Überwachung aller Aktivitäten, inklusive regelmäßiger Kapazitätsanalysen und Berichterstattung
  • Unterstützung bei 3rd-Level-Support-Aktivitäten
Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit ECM-Systemen, idealerweise Doxis
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support inkl. ITSM-Ticketing-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Windows, Active Directory, MS365, Exchange Online
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung im Networking und Patching
  • Sprache: Deutsch C1, ENG B2
