Business Analyst ECM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst ECM to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a Business Analyst ECM, you will be responsible for the further development and optimization of our ECM/DMS system.
About the Role:- Further development and responsibility for the design of the ECM/DMS system
- Recording of requirements in coordination with the medical departments and associated process management
- (Partial) project management of IT projects in the context of ECM
- Planning and management of overarching technical project teams, both internally and with external partners
- Ongoing analysis of ECM and derivation of necessary adjustments
- Preparation of technical project documentation
- Conducting training courses and advising end users
- Consulting and concept development for the introduction of new digital processes
- Knowledge in the field of ECM/DMS or archiving
- (Initial) experience in the management of IT projects and in requirements management
- Very good understanding of organizational workflows and business processes in order to further develop the ECM according to requirements
- Technical background in the ECM/DMS area
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and specific standards such as HL7, IHE and FHIR is desirable, but not a must
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
