Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst ECM to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the further development and management of our ECM/DMS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the improvement of our ECM/DMS system
  • Collaborate with medical departments to record requirements and manage associated processes
  • Manage IT projects related to ECM/DMS, including planning and coordination with internal and external teams
  • Analyze and optimize the ECM/DMS system to ensure it meets the needs of our organization
  • Prepare technical project documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users
  • Consult on the introduction of new digital processes and develop concepts for their implementation
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ECM/DMS systems and archiving processes
  • Experience in IT project management and requirements management
  • Strong understanding of organizational workflows and business processes
  • Technical background in ECM/DMS
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and relevant standards (HL7, IHE, FHIR) is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken German
