Studydrive GmbH, Europe's leading student community, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Berlin. With over 3 million registered students, we are revolutionizing the education market by providing a platform for students to connect, learn, and grow.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will manage our business analysts, ensuring that all teams have access to the right data and insights to inform their decisions. Your expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI will be instrumental in promoting a culture of data-driven insights throughout our operations.

Data-Driven Product Optimization
  • Manage our business analysts to ensure all teams have the necessary data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Promote and sustain a culture where data-driven insights are integral to our business operations.
Ensure Accurate Data Tracking
  • Ensure all departments request the correct information and data points.
  • Guarantee comprehensive tracking for data to be captured and analyzed effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI, including exporting tables and creating visuals to explain data insights company-wide.
  • Familiarity with typical analytics tools such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust.
