Wir suchen eine/n kommunikationsstarke/n und motivierte/n Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager/in zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei trawa. Du wirst die treibende Kraft hinter neuen Partnerschaften sein, die uns ermöglichen unsere Produkte und Services an noch mehr Unternehmen zu bringen und Ihnen so zu helfen, die Herausforderungen der Energiewende zu meistern.

  • Entwickle und manage strategischen Partnerschaften, die mit den Wachstumszielen von trawa übereinstimmen, basierend auf einem klaren Nutzen für unsere Kunden und entsprechenden KPIs.
  • Arbeite eng zusammen mit internen Teams, einschließlich Vertrieb, Marketing, Customer Success und Software Entwicklung, um die richtigen Strategien für sinnvolle Partnerschaften zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Identifiziere und priorisiere Partnerschaftsmöglichkeiten auf der Grundlage von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Geschäftsauswirkungen.
  • Fungiere als Brücke zwischen trawa und externen Partnern und fördere für beide Seiten vorteilhafte Beziehungen.
  • Überwache und analysiere die Leistung unserer Partnerschaften und treib kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Innovationen voran
  • Halte dich über Branchentrends und das Wettbewerbsumfeld auf dem Laufenden, um strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.

  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis des Strom und Energie-Marktes und verwandter Technologien um mögliche Partnerschaften zu identifizieren und priorisieren

  • Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
