Unsere Division Managed Technology vermietet im Rahmen von internationalen Live-Events unsere Audio-, Video-, IT- und Kommunikationslösungen und bietet einen umfassenden Service von der Projektplanung bis hin zur Realisierung vor Ort. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Festivals, wie Rock am Ring oder Sportevents – wie die Formel1 oder den Super Bowl – sondern auch darum allen Gästen ein Gänsehaut-Erlebnis zu garantieren.

DEINE VERANTWORLICHKEITEN
Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von nationalen, sowie internationalen Multi-Sport oder Multi-Venue Projekten Verantwortung der operativen Planung dieser Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen unter Berücksichtigung technologischer und kaufmännischer Aspekte Umfängliche Begleitung und Beratung der unterschiedlichsten Projekte als erster Ansprechpartner für unseren Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der Einhaltung von Kosten, Zeit und Umfang Kontrolle der operativen Durchführung und Erstellung von Reportings sowie Dokumentationen über den gesamten Projektablauf hinweg Führung des Teams vor Ort sowie Koordination von Fremdpersonal und externen DienstleisternDAS BRINGST DU MIT
Branchenspezifische erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Project Manager in der Veranstaltungsbranche im internationalen Umfeld von Live-Produktionen Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen für die Bereiche Audio, Video und Netzwerke Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Führungsqualität, lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten sowie Reisebereitschaft Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, sich schnell an wechselnde Situationen anzupassen, sowie eine hervorragende Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Arbeit auf höchstem Niveau Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten Hervorragende Kenntnisse der Methodentechnik zur Projektplanung und –Steuerung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftWIR BIETEN
