Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage 4-8 installation teams, ensuring technical and disciplinary oversight.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the installation phase.
  • Oversee the technical management of construction projects within your designated area.
  • Handle sales and budget responsibilities while contributing to regional development.
  • Work efficiently with Operations departments to execute construction projects.
  • Optimize team selection and foster the individual growth of employees in collaboration with the People Team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified as a Heating Engineer or Technician in HVAC.
  • Extensive installation experience, preferably with various boiler manufacturers and energy sources; experience as a licensee is advantageous.
  • Exhibit a leadership style characterized by clear communication, earning the respect of your teams both professionally and personally.
  • Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction in all endeavors.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for technical inquiries in your area, possessing in-depth knowledge of current standards and regulations.
  • Have a solid understanding of business economics.
  • Be digitally proficient and comfortable using software tools.
  • Possess a Class B driver's license and be willing to travel within your region.
  • Demonstrate excellent German language skills (native or at least C1 level).
