Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical and managerial aspects of 4-8 Installation Teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during the installation phase.
- Oversee the technical management of construction projects within your designated area.
- Manage sales and budget responsibilities while contributing to regional development.
- Ensure efficient execution of construction projects in collaboration with our Operations departments.
- Optimize personnel selection and facilitate the professional development of existing staff in partnership with the People Team.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Heating Engineer or Technician in HVAC.
- Several years of installation experience, ideally with various boiler manufacturers and energy sources; experience as a licensee is advantageous.
- A leadership style characterized by clear and fair communication, earning the respect of your teams both professionally and personally.
- A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries in your area, possessing in-depth knowledge of current standards and regulations.
- Good understanding of business economics.
- Proficient in digital tools and software.
- Possess a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region.
- Fluent in German, with proficiency at least at the C1 level.
