You will:
- Develop and lead digital transformation projects to ensure business continuity and optimize the entire Axxum group.
- Independently identify improvement potential or adopt ideas from colleagues or management.
- Act as a liaison between operational requirements and internal and external solution providers (e.g., IT or service providers).
- Independently develop end-to-end scalable solutions, utilizing agile methods when appropriate.
- Establish project priorities based on a plausible business case in collaboration with management.
- Create templates for make-or-buy decisions and manage service providers.
- Oversee project implementations while keeping requirements, timelines, and budget constraints in focus.
- Document results and comprehensive evaluations for sustained learning effects.
- Ensure project success through targeted training plans and consistent company-wide communication.
- Expertise: You have completed a commercial or (information) technology training. A logistics dual vocational training or a comparable degree is also suitable. You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have basic knowledge of ERP systems. Your English skills are good.
- Experience: You have gained experience in project management and ideally have knowledge of agile methods. You quickly grasp operational issues, think in pragmatic and bold solutions, can sell the value of a concept, and know how to implement it independently. Experience in medium-sized companies is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: With a structured, goal-oriented, and self-reliant work style, along with your confident demeanor, you fit perfectly into our team. Your clear communication style and negotiation skills complete your profile.
- Other: You possess a Class B driver's license.
