DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleAs Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the electrical construction activities on a Data Center Project in Frankfurt. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of electrical systems, working closely with subcontractors, internal teams, and client stakeholders.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLead site-based electrical construction activities from initial install to commissioningManage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activitiesOversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality control across all electrical installationOversee progress tracking, reporting, and schedule adherenceConduct site inspections and monitor quality, including defect tracking and resolutionEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations and lead by example on-siteOrganize and lead daily coordination meetings and manage work schedulesMaintain project documentation and support milestone tracking and budget controlShow your expertiseDegree or qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)5+ years' experience in electrical construction management, ideally within large-scale projects such as data centresProven track record delivering large-scale electrical packages including LV, ELV, containment, power distribution and associated control systemsExcellent communication, leadership and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teamsFluent in English; German language skills are a plusContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
