Construction Supervisor

As CSA Construction Supervisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day CSA works on-site. You'll work closely with subcontractors, site teams, and the Construction Manager to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of all CSA-related activities.

• Supervise CSA construction activities
• Coordinate daily tasks and work schedules with subcontractors and site teams
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones
• Conduct site inspections and report quality issues or defects
• Support defect resolution and ensure closure of outstanding items
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and communicate updates to the site team

• Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision, ideally on large-scale industrial or data center projects
• Solid understanding of CSA scopes including concrete works, steel structures, façade systems, and architectural finishes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
