You will be working as part of a DSS+ team on a freelance basis, expected to deliver training and support on safety solutions design and implementation.About You:Our community of Independent Contractors are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries As an Independent Contractor, you will have a demonstrable track record in auditing, designing and implementing workplace safety cultural change through coaching and mentoring a range of stakeholders. This will include HSE/workplace safety and operations risk management. You will have experience in the following:Coaching team leaders and managers to help effect cultural and behavioural changeWorking as a safety coach in heavy industry/steel manufacturingYou will be fluent in German and English and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment.As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients. #LI-PF1
