As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a supporting role in bringing innovative, high-impact organizations to life and ensuring their successful implementation. Your leadership, competence and creativity are required for the significant expansion of the existing global PMO in the Product Line Power Transformer (HUB EUC). You are fully responsible for facilitating the necessary setups in our European PT factories and the subsequent global support in integrating the new Business Unit Service into our European PT business. You will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your communication and leadership skills on a global level, to listen and to make the decisive point at the right moment to achieve our common goal.How you will make an impactLead the project team and coordinate an effective project plan with the factories with a high degree of freedom to effectively achieve goalsLead project planning and execution sustainable, in a timely manner and with consideration for the requirements of all ongoing planning and production processesPrepare all ongoing project data clearly and meaningfully for regular reporting/review for management review at all levelsBe the sole contact person for all aspects of this complex implementation task with high responsibility, which requires a great deal of tact, experience and determinationEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycleMentor team members by providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration for professional growthBe a strong leader and defender of all interests of the HUB and BU in the subsequent implementation and supervision in cooperation with the project partnersYour backgroundDegree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field[ 5+] years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion (Service experience welcome)Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project statuses to stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to changing project requirementsHitachi Energy Senior Project Manager certification (or willingness to achieve) is a powerful plusQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
