Senior Project Manager Commercial Applications

Position OverviewAs Senior Project Manager Commercial Applications, you will lead and deliver complex, large-scale IT transformation projects across Fresenius Kabi's global Commercial Applications landscape.You will oversee the full project lifecycle-from strategic planning to execution and closure-ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.Acting as a key interface between business and technology teams, you will manage stakeholders, vendors, and agile teams to deliver innovative CRM and MarTech solutions that drive business excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple strategic IT transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to scope and budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.Manage relationships with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Oversee integration strategies between CRMs, SAP, and other enterprise applications.Manage external system integrators and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to contracts and service-level agreements.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruption.Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to ensure financial accountability.Drive agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.Provide project reporting, metrics, and progress updates to senior management.Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the Commercial Applications team.Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT project management, with proven success in large-scale, global programs.Strong background in CRM and Commercial Applications, ideally including Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, or Adobe Experience Platform.Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows across sales, marketing, and service functions.Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage diverse global teams.PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Why Join UsAt Fresenius Kabi, you will lead digital transformation projects that redefine how our commercial operations engage with customers and deliver value globally.
