Project Manager, Water

Minimax Viking Products Group GmbH, an international company with over 700 employees and operations in more than 15 countries, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager, Water to join the Water Product Division. The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of projects covering new products, product feature changes, third-party product incorporation, product replacements or discontinuations, etc. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive leader with a strong background in project management and product development. The Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed with quality results on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager scope embraces the full end-to-end cycle of a project, from project initiation to the market introduction of the products within the scope of the specific project. Objectives: Project management including project planning, risk management and setting project scope and budgets Managing the engineering and documentation teams through the product development process including requirement gathering, testing and validation and documentation creation Direct sourcing and quality teams to select and manage suitable sources for products and materials Coordinate the product launch process along with product management including a go-to-market plan, ensuring the sales team has all necessary tools, training and information Product replacement and phase-out Encourage and enable cross-functional communication across all relevant project stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress including projects blockers and hurdles Assign tasks according to priorities, availability, skillsets and capacity Foster a culture of each team member taking ownership and executing project tasks according to project goals and needs Qualifications and experience: 5+ years of experience in project management in a product development environment Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management with proven track record of achievements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects Familiarity with product development lifecycle Proficiency in project management software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including excellent written and spoken English and German Our offer: Stable company: The Minimax Viking Products Group stands on the solid foundations of companies that have successfully navigated industry changes and market challenges with confidence.
