Position Overview

As Senior Project Manager Commercial Applications, you will lead and deliver complex, large-scale IT transformation projects across Fresenius Kabi's global Commercial Applications landscape.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution and closure—ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.

Acting as a key interface between business and technology teams, you will manage stakeholders, vendors, and agile teams to deliver innovative CRM and MarTech solutions that drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple strategic IT transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to scope and budget.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

  • Manage relationships with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

  • Oversee integration strategies between CRMs, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

  • Manage external system integrators and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to contracts and service-level agreements.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruption.

  • Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to ensure financial accountability.

  • Drive agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • Provide project reporting, metrics, and progress updates to senior management.

  • Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the Commercial Applications team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT project management, with proven success in large-scale, global programs.

  • Strong background in CRM and Commercial Applications, ideally including Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, or Adobe Experience Platform.

  • Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows across sales, marketing, and service functions.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage diverse global teams.

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
