Dann bist du bei uns richtig.In dieser Rolle gestaltest du End-to-End-Prozessarchitekturen, setzt innovative Process-Intelligence-Lösungen mit Celonis um und übersetzt Daten in echten Business Impact in verschiedensten Branchen und Industrien.Standorte: Köln, München, Raunheim, NorderstedtAls Senior Celonis Consultant bist du Teil eines Teams, das Kundenanforderungen analysiert, innovative Lösungen erarbeitet und diese mittels state-of-the-art-Technologien umsetzt.Deine Aufgaben:Konzeption, Architektur und Implementierung von Celonis Process-Intelligence-Lösungen bei Kunden aus verschiedenen IndustrienAnalyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse, Identifikation von Ineffizienzen und Ableitung konkreter OptimierungsmaßnahmenBerechnung von Business Cases für Kunden und Ausarbeitung von Mehrwerten durch Process MiningUmsetzung komplexer Anforderungen mithilfe von Automatisierungstools (Action Flows, Orchestration Engine), Übernahme von (Teil-) Projektverantwortung, Beratung zu datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen und Performance-SteigerungOptimierung und Aufbau von komplexen Datenarchitekturen (ETL)Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Process-Mining-Portfolios und Aufbau neuer Use Cases für Kunden diverser IndustrienProfilAbgeschlossene Ausbildung / abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich ITMindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Data Science/Data Engineering-Umfeld mit sehr gutem Verständnis von SQL/PQL und Python, optional von weiterführenden Konzepten wie Maschine LearningSicherer Umgang mit Celonis (zwei Jahre Erfahrung, Expert-Badges-Zertifizierung o.ä. von Vorteil)Prozess-Know-How in In- & Outboundlogistik, Warehousemanagement oder Inventory Management wünschenswertAusgeprägte Beratungskompetenzen, Flexibilität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen EbenenFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen ReisetätigkeitenWir bietenAltersvorsorge / BetriebsrenteFlugvergünstigungenDiscounts bei ausgewählten PartnernFlexible ArbeitszeitenEntwicklungsprogramme / WeiterbildungMentoringJBTE_DE
