**The Team**:
You will be joining the Co-CEO Office of Bastian Nominacher. Your main contact point will be Bastian's Chief of Staff. Due to the nature of the work in the Co-CEO Office you will likely work closely with multiple Celonis organizations and get a unique view across the company.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join the Co-CEO & Co-Founder Office. As a working student, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the Chief of Staff of the Co-CEO & Co-Founder in strategic projects, the preparation of executive meetings and internal communication. You will work closely with multiple Celonis organisations and get a unique view across the whole company.

**The work you'll do**:

- Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing and other parts of the company to prepare, plan and execute highly impactful customer meetings.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to standardize existing executive programs and internal processes.
- Assist with the maintenance of meeting content and documentation.
- Support ongoing projects
- Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to use your creativity and innovation to develop new concepts for the executive engagement with our customers and partners.

**The qualifications you need**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a related field
- Be coachable, competitive, have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- A passion for creative problem-solving.
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire
- **Flexible start date and Munich located**:

- **Fluent in English, German is a plus.**
