We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us. **About the Role** **What You'll Do**: - Lead Investigations: Conduct and advise on confidential investigations into a wide range of sensitive matters, including harassment, discrimination, and conflicts of interest. - Provide Strategic Advice: Serve as a trusted advisor to our People & Culture (P&C) team, executives, and managers. You'll provide strategic, risk-based legal counsel on complex issues like hiring, terminations, employee rights, pay transparency, anti-discrimination, and global expansion. - Resolve Disputes: Efficiently and effectively resolve legal disputes, working closely with P&C and external counsel. - Drive Compliance: Partner with P&C to create and implement global initiatives. - You will also collaborate to streamline processes related to creating and updating policies, employment-related agreements, and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws. - Mentor and Coach: Train and guide junior legal colleagues and members of the P&C team. **The Qualifications You Need**: - A law degree from a European Union country or the United Kingdom. - A minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment law attorney, with: - At least 2 years working in the legal department of a multinational corporation. - At least 2 years advising on German and/or Spanish employment law, in addition to other countries. - A proven track record of conducting and documenting thorough, unbiased internal investigations in Europe and other regions. - Fluency in English, as well as Spanish or German, (speaking, writing, and listening) is required. - Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build trust and communicate with empathy and discretion with a diverse range of people. - A high degree of professional judgment, integrity and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal colleagues. - A proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach. You should enjoy taking ownership of your work and managing multiple projects at once. - A global, agile, and curious mindset and an ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve complex problems. **Preferred Experience & Skills** - Experience in a high-growth technology company. - Experience using AI to perform work-related tasks.
