You're motivated by working in a dynamic, forward-looking growth area with technologically demanding tasks and plenty of opportunities for development.What you need is:Degree in a technical or scientific disciplineAround 10 years of relevant international experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field—ideally in industries such as power tools, home appliances, garden equipment, medical technology, or automotiveExpertise in product regulations and standardization, with solid knowledge of relevant norms, legal requirements, and their implementation in international approval processesProven leadership experience with a people-centered management styleStrong "driver mindset": proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to taking ownership and pushing topics forwardOpen, clear, and confident communicator—able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levelsHigh level of personal responsibility, a structured way of working, and a genuine interest in taking on responsibility in a dynamic, international environmentFluent in English; good command of German is a plusWe offer you a unique place to work, in which you are part of a creative and interdisciplinary team.
