We’re hiring our first Product Manager to shape our existing offering and build new ones.   About Us We are building Co-Power to power Europe’s industry. We install large-scale batteries at industrial sites and connect them into an intelligent network that manages electricity in real time, turning factories into energy hubs and making intermittent renewables reliable, dispatchable, low-cost power available around the clock. People who believe Europe can lead again, and that energy is the lever to make it happen.   What You Can Expect You’ll be joining the core team building our first energy products. In your first months, you will: Be the bridge between Product, Sales, and external partners, ensuring that what we build is both technically sound and commercially meaningful. You will be the person who makes the system work end-to-end. Shape the commercial and operational setup of our Virtual Power Plant, working with Engineering to prioritize development and ensure we ship fast. Drive productization and automation initiatives. You’ll build customer dashboards or internal tools that improve speed and scalability. Work side-by-side with Michael (Product Director) and Jan (Co-Founder) on the core product and strategy decisions that define our company.   What We’re Looking For High ownership mindset. You care about quality, detail, and execution. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you enjoy building models and assessing business impact. Comfortable using the latest tools to build internal models, data analyses, and customer dashboards. Structured, proactive, and able to drive topics independently. 1–2 years of experience in product, energy, or strategy.   Benefits A competitive salary, alongside equity in Co-Power.
