What we do

At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

You'll be part of our growing solutions & product team and play a key role in scaling our learning academy. You'll take ownership of creating new, engaging content, mainly focused on cybersecurity and AI, that empowers learners to build real-world resilience. From creating engaging course materials to experimenting with fresh formats, your work will directly impact how thousands of users learn and grow with us.

Your role

  • Research and explore relevant topics with a focus on Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, as well as other subjects important in corporate learning.

  • Transform research into engaging course content for our online academy, from initial concepts to ready-to-launch formats.

  • Leverage AI tools and the built-in AI capabilities of our academy to accelerate content creation and ensure high-quality, scalable learning experiences.

  • Continuously adapt to new topics and learning formats, keeping our academy's content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Computer Science, Media, Education, or a related field.

  • You have a passion for learning and teaching, and enjoy turning complex topics into clear, engaging content.

  • You have high ownership and a proactive mindset: you take initiative and drive projects forward independently.

  • You are comfortable researching new subjects quickly and can adapt to a variety of learning formats and topics.

  • You are tech-savvy and open to working with AI tools to enhance content creation. 

  • Strong communication skills in German and English (writing and speaking) are a must.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment and enjoy contributing to a mission-driven team.
