This role sits at the intersection of project steering, commercial accountability, and team leadership, perfect for someone who drives outcomes, challenges stakeholders, protects the agency, and keeps everyone honest.

  • Build and evolve the Product Owner / Delivery Capability at OH-SO

  • Steer projects end-to-end - structure, plan, and drive progress
  • Track delivery against contract and scope
  • Make sure changes are handled properly
  • Manage swaps, scope changes, extra effort, and requirement deviations 
  • Keep delivery and commercial sides aligned
  • Know exactly where each project stands - in content, scope, and budget
  • Keep the team on track: hours logged, deliverables clear, timelines met
  • Follow up on billing and ensure invoices go out correctly and on time
  • Spot risks early and take concrete action before projects drift off course
  • Keep all stakeholders aligned and informed - no surprises
