Senior Project Manager Org Transformation (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Lead high-impact projects aimed at developing/improving organizational structures, processes and efficiency globally across multiple business units
  • Develop and execute cost optimization strategies, delivering tangible savings while improving team and org performance
  • Conduct data based maturity assessments, performance analyses, and benchmarking to identify org improvement opportunities based on org analytics
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders, HR, and business leaders to design and implement sustainable improvement measures
  • Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption across impacted teams and implementation teams
Your profile
  • Master's degree (MBA, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field)
  • Additional certifications (project mgmt, e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2) preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate strategy or transformation consulting
  • Proven success in large-scale organizational change, efficiency programs and carve-outs with high focus on execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with direct exposure to C-level executives, HR, and business units
