Senior project manager Ecosystem

About the role

Join Ericsson Antenna Systems in Rosenheim, Germany as a Senior Project Manager, driving strategic initiatives and partnership development for the Chinese ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of R&D Strategy & Ecosystem to shape collaboration concepts, governance models and business cases that accelerate innovation and competitiveness. This role demands a proactive, structured project manager who can coordinate internal and external stakeholders, translate complex data into action, and follow workstreams through to delivery. You will lead transformation topics that enable R&D growth and ensure partners meet strategic and project goals. The position combines hands-on follow-up, stakeholder guidance and high-level strategic thinking.

What you will do

• Develop partnership concepts and execution plans for the Chinese ecosystem, including collaboration scenarios, governance structures and business models in close collaboration with the Head of R&D Strategy & Ecosystem.
• Proactively manage internal and external follow-ups: schedule actions, write timely and complete communication, and define next steps, potential outcomes and contingencies.
• Monitor, build up and enable partners to deliver on strategic objectives and project milestones; provide guidance and track performance.
• Lead and drive R&D transformation initiatives at EAG, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to implement change.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations; visualize and interpret numbers to inform decisions and next steps.
• Create and maintain collaboration structures with internal stakeholders and follow up through implementation to ensure successful handover and adoption.

The skills you bring

• Proven experience in proactive, independent project management with strong organizational and scheduling discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills: able to tailor messages to different audiences, explain complex topics clearly and guide partners to outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience visualizing data, validating inputs and producing actionable summaries.
• Familiarity with project tools and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Asana or similar) and agile project management principles.
• Ability to abstract detailed information to a strategic level and provide well-reasoned suggestions and decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with experience building and enabling partner relationships, including cross-cultural engagement in international ecosystems.
• Comfortable driving transformation topics and working closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into deliverables.
