Your mission
What You'll Be Working On
You'll join the squad responsible for turning product usage and adoption data into actionable insights that help enterprises measure and maximize software value. You'll work on challenges such as:

• Scaling application portfolio insight: Build analytics that connect engagement, cost, and risk data across hundreds of enterprise applications to help customers understand where value is created or lost.
• Improving data reach and quality: Design and prioritise integrations with enterprise systems to enrich Userlane's data model with cost, license and user data at scale.
• Delivering outcome-linked metrics: Evolve our HEART Analytics to show the connection between application usage, employee experience and business outcomes - becoming the measure of software success.
• Transforming insights into action: Enable data-driven recommendations and close the loop by triggering in-product action and automation.

Understanding the impact of AI assistants and agents: Extend analytics to track and measure how generative AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and software ROI within enterprise portfolios.

How You'll Work
You'll be part of an empowered cross-functional team given the freedom and autonomy to solve real customer problems. Our ways of working are heavily influenced by the work of Marty Cagan/Silicon Valley Product Group, which will give you a good sense of how you and the team will work.

We look for our Product Managers to own the 12-month strategy for their area and understand how it contributes to the wider product vision and business goals. We'll look to you to make informed, rounded decisions about how the product evolves and communicate that effectively.

We use a hybrid working model based in three hubs (Germany, UK, Poland) and come together at our Munich HQ once per quarter to collaborate and connect in person. Colleagues based in Munich also have the flexibility to work from our fantastic office if it helps them be at their best.

Your profile

• Product operating model: You have 3+ years of product management experience operating in a modern product organisation (ideally B2B SaaS)
• Data fluency: You have a strong foundation in working with data and are comfortable interpreting complex datasets to inform product decisions. You use data to uncover insights, validate hypotheses and measure the impact of what we build.
• Curiosity: You want to understand the problems our customers face and how we might solve them. You're always looking for new opportunities to learn about our customers, the market, competitors, technology, etc.
• Customer-centricity: You start with the customer and work back whilst understanding that solutions have to work for our business as well
• Outcome focused: You can define what success looks like and measure progress towards it
• Clear communication: You're capable of explaining things regardless of whether it's to a software engineer, salesperson, customer support agent or CEO. We're an English-speaking company so you'll need to be fluent (spoken and written).
