Senior Product Manager

Holidu is one of the world's fastest-growing vacation rental technology companies. Your future team

You'll join our Marketing Technology team, consisting of 3 software engineers, 3 data engineers, 1 analyst, and 1 other Product Manager. You'll report directly to our Head of Marketing Technology and be based in Munich with a hybrid setup (2 office days/week).

Your role in this journey

We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the pages that explain the various products Holidu offers to vacation rental hosts, affiliate marketing partners, and local tourist offices.

You'll shape the user experience of pages like , making them informative, engaging, and effective in driving leads, self-service signups, and ultimately, customer happiness and retention. You'll work hands-on with our CMS, explore AI tools with curiosity, and act as a data advocate for our website's success.

On a Day-to-day Basis, You'll

• Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define where we're going and why - working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, maintain the backlog, and keep the roadmap on track.
• Partner with Stakeholders & Users: Proactively partner with internal teams, like Product Marketing, and with our users to deeply understand their challenges. You'll translate these insights into a prioritized roadmap and scalable solutions that drive acquisition, retention, and customer happiness.
• Lead Product Development: Drive product lifecycles end-to-end - from idea to launch, through iteration and beyond.
• Use Data to Guide Decisions: Analyze our data to uncover opportunities, run A/B tests, and make confident decisions based on clearly defined success metrics.
• Optimize for Conversion: Continuously improve our online presence through testing and optimization, turning visitors into happy, long-term customers.

Your backpack is filled with

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced technical startup environment.
• Proven track record of driving product metrics (leads, signups, retention) through data-informed product decisions.
• Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms, preferably with an understanding of their technical architecture and back-end configuration.
• Excellent business understanding and affinity for Product Marketing.
• Natural problem-solver with a strong history of leading product discovery and delivering scalable solutions.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in defining success criteria and measuring impact against KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-driven, organized, proactive with a hands-on approach, thriving in agile environments.
• Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them effectively without losing sight of user needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
