The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our product and engineering organization. As the product owner for one or more projects within a cross-functional team, you will help shape the product direction and drive the execution of a clear, prioritized roadmap. You will play a key role in the future of our process mining products, keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

The work you'll do:

• Customer-Centric Product Development: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and challenges. Use these insights to author clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features, with guidance from senior product leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your engineering, research, and design partners to bring product visions to life. You will help define user journeys, select appropriate success metrics, and provide clear product guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Customer Engagement & Feedback: Collaborate with customers and go-to-market teams to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and ensure your product delivers high impact.
• Product Advocacy: Act as a champion for your product area both inside and outside the organization. You will represent the product in internal meetings and customer discussions, clearly articulating its value and vision.

The qualifications you need:

• Technical Foundation: A good understanding of process mining, data processing technologies, or enterprise software. You are comfortable learning the technical details that drive success.
• Educational Background: You have an analytical or technical background with a deep passion for data and deriving insights.
• Experience: 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Mindset & Skills: A proactive, customer-focused thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English is required. German proficiency is an advantage
