About the Role
As a Supplier Performance Executive (m/f/d), you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising the performance of our global supplier network. You will analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest level of service quality and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
Supplier Performance & Quality Management
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) of our suppliers across all destinations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions to enhance supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with our quality, safety, and service standards.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to provide feedback and drive sustainable improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving quality and efficiency.
- Communicate key performance figures clearly to key account partners and management.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Yield, Operations, and Business Optimisation teams to align on actions and targets.
- Maintain professional communication with our service partners to promote transparency and long-term collaboration.
Your Profile
- Strong analytical skills and excellent command of Excel; experience with data analysis tools or APIs is an advantage.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach with a high degree of ownership.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
