Customer Delivery Manager

Aufgabe

Zu Ihrem Tätigkeits- und Verantwortungsbereich zählen insbesondere:

  • Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen Leistungsniveaus für servicebezogene Prozesse und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, wo immer dies erforderlich ist
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für critical Incidents, Kooperation der technischen Liefereinheiten und Aufbau einer effektiven Kommunikation zwischen den Beteiligten für die Root Cause Analyse
  • Sicherstellen, dass Systeme, Verfahren und Methoden vorhanden sind, um eine hervorragende Servicebereitstellung zu unterstützen
  • Sicherstellen, dass definierte Services in allen Tools sichtbar sind, z. B. in der Servicekette oder bei der Kalkulation in SAP
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Leistung der Servicebereitstellung, die Erfüllung der Kundenerwartungen und die Steigerung der zukünftigen Nachfrage
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu priorisieren und gleichzeitig eine hervorragende Qualität zu gewährleisten
  • Treffen Sie unabhängige Entscheidungen in Bezug auf die Optimierung des Liefermodells, die Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle und die Problemlösung im Rahmen von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Kundenzielen
  • Verantwortlich für die Abnahme von Lösungen und die Kostenvalidierung für neue Angebote im Einklang mit dem Vertriebs- und Lösungsdesignprozess
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen von den Lieferzielen

Weitere erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse:

  • Kenntnisse in Prinzipien, Frameworks (wie ITIL) und Best Practices des Service Managements, einschließlich Incident, Problem, Change und Service Level Management
  • Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten für das Kundenbeziehungsmanagement
  • Führungsqualitäten zur Anleitung und Motivation des Teams, einschließlich Delegieren von Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur Betreuung mehrerer Projekte oder Initiativen
  • Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und schnellen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Kostenmanagement und Finanzplanung
  • Denkweise der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Identifikation von Verbesserungsbereichen
  • Technisches Wissen, insbesondere Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Infrastruktur und neuen Technologien
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
