  • Steuerung von Private-Label-Projekten von Ausschreibungen und Anfragen bis zur Markteinführung
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle aller Projektschritte gemäß Projektplan
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Rezeptur-, Design-und Verpackungsentwicklung nach Kundenwunsch
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen für Private-Label-Produkte
  • Analyse der Umsatz- und Absatzentwicklung definierter Sortimente
  • Initiierung von Portfolioüberarbeitungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Schlüsselkunden und Markeninhabern
  • Betreuung der Industriekunden inklusive Koordination von Auftragsfertigung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Betreuung unserer Schlüsselkunden im Bereich Privat Label hinsichtlich aller Fragestellungen zum Sortiment

  • Du verstehst die Schnittstellenfunktion im Produktmanagement und kannst die Anforderungen anderer Fachabteilungen klar einordnen und umsetzen
  • Mehrjährige kaufmännische Erfahrung, idealerweise im Produktmanagement, ermöglicht dir, wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sicher zu beurteilen
  • Proaktive und klare Kommunikation ist für dich selbstverständlich – du bringst Themen voran und hältst alle Beteiligten informiert
  • Du organisierst deine Aufgaben effizient und bleibst auch bei komplexen Projekten fokussiert
  • Kenntnisse im FMCG-Bereich helfen dir, Markt- und Kundenerwartungen genau einzuschätzen
  • Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung: du begleitest Produkte von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung und behältst dabei alle relevanten Faktoren im Blick
