Technical Product Manager

LONGi Solar is one of the world’s largest solar technology companies, ranking first in global module shipments since 2020. With more than 40,000 employees, 30+ locations and 30 manufacturing sites globally, LONGi has broken the photovoltaic (PV) cell conversion efficiency record 16 times in a row since 2021. LONGi is the first Chinese solar manufacturer to join the three distinguished climate initiatives RE100, EP100 and EV100.
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for supporting our customers and sales team to lead training initiatives, approve complex contracts, promote LONGi's product during fair and exhibitions while building up to date product knowledge across our organization.
Provide detailed technical support to customers and sales team with focus on utility business in Germany
Help to manage the product support structure within the region and provide technical input to customer contracts
Create product promotion materials on the basis of regional characteristics
Support after-sales team activity when technical criteria is needed for complex claims
Familiarity with Levelized Cost of Electricity and ability to pitch products USP regarding this aspect to potential and existing customers of LONGi Solar
Proven ability to perform technical reviews for complex contract negotiations, with experience in contract management and pre-shipment QA/QC. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and German
