What we are building JAfridesigns is building the world’s first next-generation African fashion & creative marketplace powered by AI. We’re looking for an experienced, visionary Product Manager to join as an equity-based early team member . If you want to help build a world-class, global-scale platform from the ground up this is your opportunity. About the Role As our Product Manager, you will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-generation African creative marketplace. You will work directly with the founder to define features that scale across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Africa. This is an equity-only role at launch , with a potential transition into a paid leadership role as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for JAfridesigns Lead end-to-end feature planning for B2C & B2B experiences Collaborate with engineering & design to deliver user-centric product features Translate user needs into clear product requirements and specs Prioritize features across global markets (Africa, US, EU, Asia) Prepare the product for launch → retention → global scale Manage user & market research to guide product decisions Build and improve the multi-currency experience and AI design features Work closely with founders and partners to execute product strategy What to Bring 3–7 years experience in Product Management Very strong Experience in fashion-tech marketplaces , a strong plus: (e-commerce, or fintech) Familiarity with AI or digital platforms Ability to work independently and manage product execution end-to-end Strong analytical and decision-making skills Experience writing requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria A builder’s mindset — resourceful, scrappy, creative Comfortable working remotely with international teams Passion for African innovation, commerce, or creative industries What we Offer Equity in a high-growth global marketplace (negotiable) Future leadership role as we scale Work directly with the founder & engineering team Flexible, remote-friendly working Opportunity to shape a global African brand from Day 1 How to Apply Send your CV or LinkedIn profile to with the subject "PM-JAfridesigns": 📧 contact@edeborn-ai-tech.de Or apply directly on LinkedIn.
