Voi hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, sichere, nachhaltige und zuverlässige Mikromobilität für jedermann zu schaffen, und das seit 2018. Es war eine erstaunliche Reise und wir haben nicht die Absicht, jetzt aufzuhören.

Um die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Flotte zu gewährleisten, suchen wir jetzt einen Fleet Specialist (Fahrer/Mechaniker), der unser Team in Hamburg verstärkt. In dieser Position hast Du die Möglichkeit, direkten Einfluss auf den Einsatz unserer Scooter zu nehmen und Teil des Aufbaus eines Unternehmens zu sein, das die Art und Weise, wie Menschen in europäischen Städten leben, in den kommenden Jahrzehnten grundlegend verändern wird. DEINE AUFGABE BEI VOI
Als Fleet Specialist (Fahrer/Mechaniker) bist Du für die Wartung und Reparatur unserer Pannenfahrzeuge verantwortlich. Neben der Reparatur von Fahrzeugen bist Du für den Einsatz, die Umverteilung und das Einsammeln von kaputten Fahrzeugen in der Stadt verantwortlich. Dazu gehören:

  • Diagnose von Fahrzeugen, die nicht funktionieren, und die anschließende Reparatur
  • Unterstützung bei der Annahme, Verpackung und Verteilung neuer Fahrzeuge und Batterien, die im Lager ankommen, sowie beim Recycling und der Demontage von Fahrzeugen
  • Durchführung einer effizienten Fahrzeuglogistik: Optimierung der Routen und Entwicklung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) zur Erleichterung der Arbeit und Minimierung der Ausfallzeiten von Fahrzeugen
  • Umverteilung von Fahrzeugen aus Bereichen mit geringer Nachfrage in Bereiche mit hoher Nachfrage und Neuparken von falsch geparkten Fahrzeugen
  • Suchen, Finden und Abholen von Fahrzeugen, die zurück ins Lager transportiert werden müssen
  • Ausführen von Batterietauschaktionen in den Straßen Ihrer Stadt
  • Sicherstellen, dass unsere Fahrzeuge sicher und vorschriftsmäßig eingesetzt werden, und kontinuierliches Auswerten und Sammeln von Erkenntnissen vor Ort, um die Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit, das Parken und die allgemeine Sicherheit der Fahrerzu verbessern

Wir suchen einen hoch motivierten und verantwortungsbewussten Teamplayer, der selbstständig Aufgaben erfüllen und Probleme lösen kann. Mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität findest du neue Lösungen und erreichst gesetzte Ziele. Außerdem braucht die richtige Person:

  • Einen gültigen Führerschein für Deutschland
  • Vorerfahrungen im Umgang mit Werkzeugen oder mechanischen Praktiken
  • Allgemeine Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln (z.B. mit Apps)
  • Gute Ortskenntnisse in der Stadt und Erfahrung mit dem Fahren in der Stadt
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich in der Stadt mit einem Transporter bei jedem Wetter und unter allen Verkehrsbedingungen zurechtzufinden
  • Eine körperliche Verfassung, die es Dir erlaubt, schwere Lasten zu tragen

Our operations in Germany are continuing to expand, and to ensure the efficiency and quality in our fleet operations we're now looking for a Fleet Specialist (Driver/Mechanic) to join our team in Hamburg. This role gives you the opportunity to have a direct impact on our fleet readiness, and be a part of building a company that will fundamentally change the way people live in European cities for decades to come. Are you ready for a VOIage?

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Fleet Specialist (Driver/Mechanic), you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our broken vehicles. In addition to repairing vehicles, you will be responsible for deploying, re-distributing and collecting broken vehicles around the city. This will include:

  • Diagnosing vehicles that are not functioning and suggesting repair action to be taken
  • Assisting in receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse and recycling and disassembling vehicles
  • Running efficient vehicle logistics: Optimising routes and developing standard operating procedures (SOP) to ease the workload and minimise vehicle downtime
  • Re-distributing vehicles from low-demand areas to high-demand areas and re-parking vehicles parked incorrectly
  • Searching, finding and collect vehicles in need of transportation back to the warehouse
  • Execute battery swaps tasks in the streets of your city
  • Making sure that our vehicles are deployed in a safe and compliant way and continuously evaluate and gather in-field insights to improve vehicle availability, parking and overall rider safety

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible team player who can fulfil tasks and solve problems independently. With a hands-on mentality, you are finding new solutions and reaching set goals. In addition the right person needs:

  • A valid drivers license for Germany
  • Previous experience in handling tools or mechanical practises
  • General digital work tool knowledge (e.g using apps)
  • Good local knowledge of Hamburg and you're used to driving in the city
  • The ability to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
  • Has a physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads
