We are recruiting a Head of Indirect Procurement to move a fragmented, locally driven indirect estate to one consistent, scalable way of working. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy mandate: you will define policies, governance, end-to-end processes, select and roll out enabling tools, and own category strategy for Real Estate and Professional Services (plus IT, Fleet, Travel, Facilities).

Core responsibilities

  • Build the operating model: policies, thresholds, governance forums and process flows.
  • Deliver digital enablement: drive ERP/tool adoption (SAP S/4 and complementary e-sourcing/catalogue/SRM solutions).
  • Own Real Estate & Professional Services strategy and execution; oversee IT, Fleet, Travel and Facilities.
  • Drive spend consolidation, supplier development and risk mitigation.
  • Support footprint/site decisions (Asia and other regions) with TCO, risk and sustainability lenses.
  • Lead, coach and prioritise a multi-location team; introduce a practical KPI cadence and SLA framework.

Who we're looking for

  • 8–10+ years' experience in
    Indirect Procurement
  • Proven track record of designing/re-wiring procurement processes, governance and tooling (SAP S/4; Ariba/Coupa/Jaggaer or similar; eRFx; catalogs).
  • Experience operating in a global matrix, comfortable engaging senior, experienced stakeholders and production-adjacent teams.
  • Strong people leader: credible coach who can align and develop mature teams.
  • Measurable, outcome-driven: evidenced savings, SLA implementation and supplier development.
  • Fluent German & English.
